Instructions on how to prepare and submit your accepted paper camera-ready version:

Notification e-mails have been sent to the corresponding authors, if you have not received such notification, login to your Author area. A large number of high-quality papers were submitted for revision and not all of them could be accepted for presentation.

The accepted papers shall be modified according to the reviewers suggestions and uploaded in your Author Area at CMT as a camera-ready submission.

Please double-check if the camera-ready version follows the CBIC paper template as indicated above (IEEE Conference template). The IEEE information in the first page bottom and the author numeration (1st, 2nd, etc) shall be removed from the final version.

To guarantee paper presentation in the conference a Professional registration of one of the authors needs to be associated with it. Each Professional registration can be associated to two accepted papers.

Only papers presented during the conference will be published in the online proceedings.

Paper Presentation Instructions:

Authors should check their presentation type (ORAL or POSTER) and schedule at the "Conference Program" page.

The ORAL presentations should be prepared for at most 12 minutes, with extra 3 minutes for questions from the audience (a total of 15 minutes for each paper)

The authors are required to arrive 10 minutes before their session start time to copy or download the presentation files to the laptops available in the presentation room.

PDF files are preferable to avoid document formatting errors.

We ask the authors of oral sessions to upload their presentation files at least 10 minutes before the beginning of the sessions using this online form.

The POSTER presentations require preparation and printing of a poster in A0 paper size. Holders for the posters will be provided by the organization and placed along the conference venue.

The authors should place their posters in one of the available holders when they arrive at the conference venue in the presentation scheduled day, and stand by their poster during the poster session to present and discuss with the audience.

The conference organization do not recommend a specific presentation template, so authors are free to use the template of their preference.
